These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website https://fidusmed.com, to our dental tourism support services and to orders placed in our online shop. Fidus is based in Tirana, Albania.

Part A – Dental tourism services
2. Our role
Fidus is a facilitator. We help you find a suitable partner dental clinic in Albania, share your information with the clinic with your consent, and organise your trip, transfers, accommodation and support before and after treatment.
Fidus is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical or dental treatment or advice. All dental treatment is provided by independent, licensed partner clinics and their dentists, who are solely responsible for diagnosis, treatment, medical decisions and results. The contract for treatment is concluded directly between you and the clinic.
3. Medical information on the website
The information on this website about dental treatments, such as implants, bone regeneration or All-on-4 and All-on-6, is general and for information only. It does not replace a consultation and examination by a qualified dentist. Suitability for any treatment can only be decided by the treating dentist.
4. Treatment plans and prices
Treatment plans and prices are prepared by the partner clinic based on the information and images you provide, and are indicative until the clinic has examined you in person. The final treatment plan and price are confirmed by the clinic. Payments for treatment are made according to the clinic’s conditions, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Travel and accommodation
We help you organise transport and accommodation with selected third-party providers. These services are subject to the providers’ own terms, including their cancellation and refund policies. You are responsible for having valid travel documents and, where needed, travel insurance.
6. Your responsibilities
You must provide complete and accurate information about your health, medical history, medications and allergies. Incomplete or incorrect information may affect the treatment and its results. Please follow the instructions of the treating dentist before and after treatment.
7. Complaints about treatment
If you have a concern about your treatment, please contact the treating clinic and tell us, so that we can support you in communicating with the clinic. Claims about the treatment itself are handled by the clinic in accordance with its conditions and Albanian law.
Part B – Online shop
8. Products
Our shop offers oral care and teeth whitening products. Please read the product label and instructions before use. If you have sensitive teeth, gum problems or other dental conditions, consult your dentist before using whitening products.
9. Orders, prices and payment
We deliver online shop orders only within Albania. Prices are shown on the product page at the time of ordering. Payment is made in cash on delivery. Your order is confirmed when we confirm it to you. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or in case of suspected fraud.
10. Delivery
Delivery time and cost are confirmed when we confirm your order. Please check your order when you receive it and tell us straight away if anything is damaged or missing.
11. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with Albanian consumer protection law. Contact us at info@fidusmed.com within this period. For health and hygiene reasons, oral care products that have been opened or whose seal has been broken cannot be returned, unless they are faulty. The cost of return transport is paid by you, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
12. Faulty products
If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us with photos and your order details. We will replace or refund it in line with your rights under Albanian consumer protection law.
Part C – General
13. Testimonials
Testimonials on our website reflect the personal experiences of individual clients and are published with their consent. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
14. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including texts, photos, the Fidus name and logo, belongs to Fidus or is used with permission. Product brands, partner clinic names and logos belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
15. Liability
We are responsible for carrying out our facilitation services with due care. We are not responsible for the medical treatment provided by partner clinics, for services provided by independent travel or accommodation providers, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Albanian law or the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
16. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Tirana, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your service or order is the one published on this page when you requested it.
